You can return all Tangerine brand items, except stickers, accessories or things noted 'FINAL SALE' for free within 30 days of your order.

For items that are shipped directly from our partner brands, please refer to the Shipping & Returns section on the product page as return windows may vary. All items must be unworn, unwashed, and the original packaging must be intact. You can visit our Returns Page to start your return. We must receive your return within 30 days of the order date. Please allow 5-7 business days for us to process your refund.

If you believe you have received a damaged or defective product, do not initiate a return. Please reach out to us at tangerinekidstore@gmail.com.

You can exchange your order by visiting our Returns Center and initiating your return. Please note that we will not ship out your exchange order until your returned merchandise has been mailed back to us, and we cannot guarantee inventory availability until this time.
